Angela is a patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher. Her goal is to foster her students' skills in real-life situations. Through direct experience and engagement, she encourages the building of new connections, leveraging each student's uniqueness.
Her method is based on using diversified stimuli to facilitate the developing of fresh, rich and deep mental associations. After each lesson, Angela will send a review to recap what was covered, with emerged key words that will be revisited in future lessons. The teacher integrates grammar into real-life language situations, by immersing students in the language and providing them with many opportunities to use it in a more natural and intuitive way. While spontaneous conversation is a key component of language learning, it's not enough on its own. Therefore, Angela uses targeted prompts and creates new scenarios to challenge the students' knowledge, reinforcing their understanding of the italian language and culture.
Italki is a language learning platform that the teacher has been using since 2019 to manage communication with students, scheduling, and lesson bookings. A trial lesson has a duration of half an hour and costs only 5 $.
