During the lesson, ample space will be dedicated to conversation without ever losing sight of the grammar, which will be addressed only later in a completely natural way. I will send you audios to listen to at home and texts to read to work on comprehension. You can improve your oral expression in informal and fun situations or, depending on your level, you will be challenged to deal with more complex topics. In this path, you will be discreetly guided, always favoring the naturalness of communication over a more rigid or academic approach. With a continuous process of control and feedback, we will work together on common expressions and familiar phrases.

Roleplay

Simulations of real-life situations will immerse you completely in the study of the language. Objects and backgrounds will be used to make the experience as close as possible to everyday life. The occasional insertion of absurd elements will allow for better memorization of the topics covered. Roleplay allows you to put into practice:

• words and expressions learned previously;
• grammatical forms that are difficult to use in a simple conversation with the teacher. An example: the polite imperative;
• creativity and imagination, essential in the learning and memorization process of the topics addressed.

All aspects of pronunciation will be addressed through the reading of short texts specifically written for you, taking into account your native language. Writing is often an activity that tends to be neglected. Putting into writing what you say and hear helps with memorization and improves the way you speak. Writing allows you to use new words that would be too formal in a conversation. We will work on texts through a self-correction process. You will be the ones making the corrections. You will follow the ‘suggestions’ given by the different color of the words, which will indicate the changes to make. This will help you memorize mistakes better to avoid repeating them later.
